After School Tennis
An entry level tennis program for elementary and middle school age students held throughout the school year at their neighborhood
school or park & rec site.
The student fee for the program is nominal. Scholarship prices also available to students on the "free or reduced lunch" program.
This ensures that all students from all backgrounds are given the opportunity to play!
Program is no cost to the school. YTSD pays the instructor, provides all needed equipment, permits, and insurance for the program.

Youth Tennis San Diego
The Barnes Center also hosts our
After School Tennis & Education program twice a week for Elementary and Middle School students.
Students split their time during the program on court and in our education room to complete homework, a STEAM project, or book report.

YTSD is pleased to announce our
AST Youth Wheelchair Tennis Program held at the Barnes Tennis Center.
This program is a fun way for juniors to stay active and learn the fundamentals of tennis. Ideal for beginner to intermediate level off play. Students will learn the game, perform drills, and understand the benefits of physical fitness.
All equipment and sport chairs are provided. Limited space available.
