Patricia Anne Phillips passed away peacefully on October 30,2022 in Newport Beach, CA. She was seventy-seven years old.
Patty was born at Mercy Hospital in San Diego on January 1,1945 to Robert Bruno Barth and Patricia Rebecca Barth. Being born into a ‘tennis family,’ she was a top-ranked junior player in San Diego, Southern California, and in the Nation. She won the National Girls 15 Doubles, being ranked fifth nationally in the fifteen and under girls’ singles.
She was married to Donald E Phillips for forty-four years. They loved traveling to visit friends and enjoyed traveling overseas to Europe. Patty was a kind person and will be missed by her family and friends.
Her services, along with her husband Donald L. Phillips, will be at the Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA 92122 on December 19, 2022. Her husband passed away on October 25, 2022. Family only will attend the service.
