JUNIOR PROGRAMS 

Barnes Junior Tennis programs provide the full spectrum of junior development opportunities, from fun, recreational introductory classes to high-performance programs and our Elite Barnes Team curriculum. 

Our entry-level program, the "Rising Stars" provides a wonderful introduction to tennis with a “games approach” to learning sound FUNdamentals. 

The "High Performance" Programs are for kids who love tennis and are ready to work hard to play the tournament level.   HP is designed to develop and train junior players all the way from local, Southern California, and national rankings.  Mental, physical and tactical development is required progress in the HP program. 

By invitation only, the "Barnes Team" program offers the top juniors in San Diego an environment where they have the opportunity to train and compete in the most efficient manner possible.  The program is available on an invitational basis to the top players in each age division in the San Diego region.  Find out more information in Program Details, or view the Program Application.

ADULT PROGRAMS

"Adult Programs" at the Barnes Tennis Center offer tennis instruction through evening classes and morning clinics.  Adult play is available through Cardio Tennis Workouts, Friday Evening Tennis Mixers, Ad-In Women's Doubles Leagues, an Adult Ladder and adult tournaments.  Adult Programs at the Barnes Tennis Center are flexible, and new programs are being created throughout the year.   Please contact Adult Programs Director Eric Mann (619-221-9000) for more information.
