Where Passion Meets Purpose
Welcome to Barnes Tennis Center, the heart of tennis, pickleball, and padel in San Diego. Located in Point Loma, Barnes is more than a place to play; it’s a place to grow, connect, and belong.
Owned and operated by Youth Tennis San Diego (YTSD), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Barnes exists to make racket sports accessible for everyone. Every program, match, and event at Barnes supports YTSD’s mission to build character, promote education, and foster community through tennis.
About Youth Tennis San Diego
Youth Tennis San Diego has served the community for over 70 years, using sport as a tool for youth development. Through scholarships, after-school programs, and partnerships with schools and community centers, YTSD provides children from all backgrounds the opportunity to learn, play, and thrive both on and off the court.
Proceeds from programs and play at Barnes directly fund these initiatives, meaning that when you play here, you’re helping create opportunities for the next generation of youth.
